We have chosen to sell Phones exclusively, and have seen every model specific issue imaginable over the years and have learned to test for each of these issues on a per model basis.
Cosmetic Condition: Please refer to the pictures to get an idea of what each condition will look like. The phones in these pictures have been carefully selected to show the worst signs of wear that you can expect to receive for that specific condition. For example, the pictures for the condition “good” have been carefully chosen to make sure that the iPhone you receive will look as good, or better than the phones in that picture. Please note that screen scratches are very difficult to photograph, and can’t be seen very well in our photos. The guide below will give you a verbal idea of what to expect for each condition.
Fair: will show heavy signs of use such as deep and/or many screen scratches as well as potentially having dings, scuffs, or pitting in the metal body .
Good: will show average or typical signs of wear including light to moderate scratches, minor dings, abrasions, scuffs, pitting, etc.
Excellent: These phones have been well cared for. At worst you can expect some very minor screen scratches, and minimal blemishes on the metal body.
Mint: These Phones are completely flawless and in like-new condition. Absolutely no scratches or blemishes of any kind will be found.

Shipping policy: USPS First Class mail is free, and your phone will be shipped the same day, or next business day after purchase. This service takes 2-5 days for delivery. For an additional fee you can upgrade to Priority (1-3 days for delivery) or Priority Express (1-2 days for delivery) mail classes. Please note that due to FortunaPhone seller protection policies, we are unable to change the shipping address after payment has been made.
Return Policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply open a return request within 30 days of the phone being delivered and we will arrange for a full refund of your purchase price.
